It is located close to the sea and close to the city with all restaurants and shops.

With three bedrooms you get space with the whole family, and with a bathroom and a WC, everyone can shut up and get some peace and quiet (which you can sometimes need from the family… ..;))

 With patios on both the front and back, you can choose whether you want sun or shade. In the northern location, the owners have glazed in the nearest part of the patio by the house and thus created a super cozy conservatory.

On the patio on the sunny back you can gossip with the neighbors and look out over the lovely green pool area.

  If you want to sit outside but more individually, you just go up to the balcony on the next floor where you have the same summer view.
