TERRACED HOUSE IN LA ROSALEDA

Here you will find a spacious, tidy and bright house, it is a terraced house facing east and west. This means that when you wake up in the morning, you go straight out onto your terrace from the kitchen facing the green courtyard and the pool and enjoy your breakfast. In the evening you have got the sun on the other side and here you will find no less than 3 terraces to choose from to have dinner or just hang out. Inside the house on the ground floor you will find a large living room, the kitchen, a guest toilet and a storage room. On the middle floor are two bedrooms, one of which has a large balcony with evening sun and in the hall you will find the shared bathroom. At the top there is a large bedroom and the roof terrace, where several of the neighbors have made an outdoor kitchen to be able to enjoy the last rays of the evening sun without having to go down to the kitchen on ground level to get their refills. Here, around the Mediterranean, you will also usually find the washing machine on the roof terrace under the worktop to the outdoor kitchen.
