The bright apartment is east-west facing and the large balcony that stretches along the entire apartment has got morning sun, from 2 pm you will always find a sunny spot on the other side by the entrance where you can enjoy the evening sun rays. The apartment is distributed so that the large living room and dining area are in the middle, with a bedroom and bathroom at one end and the other bedroom, bathroom and kitchen at the other end. To slightly modernize the kitchen in this gem feels more like an exciting wish, than a must, otherwise you could just move right in.
