APARTMENT IN CALA REDONDA

BEST LOCATION FOR RENTALS!

This is the community EVERYONE talks about, wants to own something at, wants to return to - year after year. Especially in the summer and the school holidays... Here the children and their adults make new friends for life ;) 

The apartments are not that big here, but life is sparkling on the patios and around the pool. It is very social here and it is not often that there is something really good for sale here. 

But now I want to present this apartment which is located on the ground floor but not right in front of the pool and it feels a little more private. There is a bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a shower plate and an open kitchen facing the living room which extends out onto the patio. Absolutely perfect for a small family. In this community you don't need a bigger apartment, because if you have friends and family who naturally want to come to the sun and heat and visit, they will be able to borrow from the neighbours for a few days or weeks. There is also, always something to rent here and it is NOT difficult to get a "rental certificate" to start your own little business during the time you don´t intend to be here yourself.
It only takes a couple of minutes to go to the large Consum store (supermarket) via the play park with Boule alleys for the adults, but also swings and other things for the children and a small dog park for our four-legged friends ;)
