Here you will find a renovated, upstairs apartment with the most wonderful roof terrace you could wish for with an associated small plot on the ground level with two large storage rooms. One for bikes, sunbeds and beach stuff, and a storage room with washing machine, water heater and shelves to store everything else that you don't want fronted in the apartment.

The apartment itself has an open kitchen facing the living room and the balcony, which is your obvious choice for meals and coffee/ tea breaks when you are just the two of you. Here you will find your self "cozying up" while the evening sun sets over Rosaleda. Then there is a good sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.

Up on the roof terrace, you have the sun all day from the time it rises out of the sea in the morning until it sets. Here you will also find a storage room for your outdoor furniture and cushions and a glazed in extra room which is currently used as an artist studio. Up here you will spend MANY hours with family, friends and new acquaintances and neighbours.
